The room service was impeccable, and the whirlpool suite I booked was a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the Twin Cities area. the hotel's location within the bustling business park of Carlson Center was ideal for corporate travelers like myself, offering easy access to offices and outdoor activities nearby. The highlight of my stay was the attached restaurant, which served delicious meals and provided a cozy atmosphere for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. However, the hotel itself is showing signs of age and could use some renovation. the breakfast spread was decent but lacked variety, and the cleanliness left something to be desired, especially during busy hours. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quick to respond to any requests we had. the hotel's proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and walking paths was convenient for exploring the area. Overall, while I would consider staying here again for its convenient location and friendly service, I would hope for some improvements in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property to match the quality of the service provided.
